Perfection
For any celebration, may it be a festival or some other special occasion, start by decluttering the space. The place should look happy and inviting. You don’t want your guests to look for a space to sit. Put in some extra effort to make the space spotless and well organized, may it be your office or home. It should look nothing less than perfection.
You are Special
Set up a projector screen and create a video message. This idea is a sure-shot winner for all including your family members, friends and colleagues. Set up the conference room or your living room with appropriate seating. Make sure there is proper lighting and a sound system. The layout of the seating arrangement should be engaging rather than aloof.
Wall décor/Gallery Wall
Create a gallery wall using inspirational quotations, artwork or pictures or achievements of successful women from around the world. If you can use pictures of your co-workers and highlight their special achievements or awards, it is even better. Recognition boosts morale irrespective of gender and it also inspires others.
Hallway or office decoration
Choose a theme and decorate around it. You can go in for balloon decoration at the entry and supplement it with other balloon arrangements inside the home/office space. Self-care Space
Create a small space where they can unwind and relax. It may be small but its all about comfort. What that space is, depends upon the taste of the women around you.
